Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern your use of aestheticcentral.academy and participation in Aesthetics Central Academy training programmes.

Last revised: 02 November 2025

Aesthetics Central Academy (“the Academy”) provides accredited training and educational services across the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between Aesthetics Central Academy and any individual who visits our website, books a course, purchases materials, or participates in our training. By using aestheticcentral.academy, communicating with us, or enrolling on any programme, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Aesthetics Central Academy is located at 13a King St, London–Luton LU1 2DW, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at info@aestheticcentral.academy or by telephone on +44 1582 342972. We welcome questions about our courses, policies, and student experience.

2. Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms: “Academy” refers to Aesthetics Central Academy and its authorised trainers, assessors, and staff. “Courses” or “Training” means any class, programme, workshop, online course, or qualification offered by the Academy. “Student” or “Learner” refers to any individual enrolled in, or using, our learning materials or services. “Fees” means payments made for training, products, or associated services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in our courses or access our training. Certain courses may have entry requirements such as prior qualifications or professional registration. The Academy reserves the right to decline enrolment where eligibility criteria are not met.

4. Course Enrolment and Conduct

Your place on a course is confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received. Students are expected to attend sessions punctually, participate fully, and conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. The Academy is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour may result in removal from a course without refund.

5. Fees and Payments

Course fees are stated on our website or communicated during booking. Payment may be made in full or by deposit, depending on the course type, and all fees must be paid in full before certificates or qualifications are issued. We accept major UK payment methods but do not accept cheques. Fees may change over time; however, confirmed bookings remain at the rate agreed when enrolled.

6. Cancellations, Transfers, and Non-Attendance

We understand that plans may change. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date can be refunded or transferred. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice may result in the loss of a deposit or course fee. Non-attendance without prior notice is treated as a cancellation. If the Academy must postpone a course, an alternative date or refund will be offered. We always aim to act reasonably and support students wherever possible.

7. Refunds

Fees cover tuition, materials, administration, and access to facilities or online content. Once a course has started or materials have been accessed, refunds are not available unless the Academy cancels the course and no suitable alternative is provided. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Certificates and Assessment

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all required assessments and once all fees have been paid. The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if attendance, performance, or conduct requirements are not met. Replacement certificates may incur an administration fee.

9. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

All written, visual, and digital content provided by Aesthetics Central Academy remains our intellectual property. Materials are supplied for personal study only and may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without written permission. Recording of practical sessions or online classes is not permitted unless authorised by the Academy.

10. Professional Responsibility

Courses are designed for education and professional development. Completion of training does not replace professional registration, licensing, or regulatory approval required to practise independently. Students are responsible for ensuring they comply with local regulations and professional standards before offering aesthetic treatments or services.

11. Facilities, Equipment, and Models

Students must use facilities and equipment responsibly and in line with trainer instructions. Where live model sessions form part of a course, the Academy will provide models when possible, but students may be asked to arrange their own. All practical training is supervised by qualified educators.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, stored, and used for administrative, certification, and communication purposes. By enrolling on a course, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

13. Complaints

We value feedback and are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly. If you wish to make a complaint, please email info@aestheticcentral.academy. Your concern will be acknowledged and reviewed by our management team, and we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Constructive feedback helps us continually improve the quality of our education and service.

14. Liability and Insurance

The Academy delivers training with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific course. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law. We maintain appropriate public and professional liability insurance.

15. Website Use

The content on aestheticcentral.academy is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, content does not replace professional advice or guidance. We may link to third-party websites for convenience; however, we are not responsible for their content or practices. All website materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to provide training where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failure, transport disruption, public health restrictions, or regulatory action. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to reschedule or provide suitable alternatives.

17. Updates and Changes

We may update course details, schedules, or these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or participation in training after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute. We encourage all learners to contact us directly first to seek a fair and practical resolution.
