Dedicated cannulation training covering vein selection, insertion technique, securing, and safe intravenous access for nutrient therapy and clinical procedures. CPD accredited.
Overview
Cannulation training provides dedicated hands-on practice in venous access technique for IV nutrient therapy, PRP and clinical procedures. This focused course develops your confidence in vein selection, catheter insertion, securing and safe intravenous access across a range of patient presentations.
You’ll gain practical experience on models and volunteers, learning to identify suitable veins, manage insertion complications and maintain a sterile workflow. Emphasis is placed on patient comfort, aseptic technique and documentation standards so you can perform cannulation safely in aesthetic and wellness settings.
